I've sent two emails this last week regarding my co-op network problem as someone created an account with my site url www.myfootballforum.com and I need to get onto it to set up an advertising account.

Please can someone get back to me a.s.a.p

    Thanks

That email address is for support on ISP billing software, not for answering questions about the coop.

You need to contact whoever is using your account and have them give you the login info

You are out of luck then. All you can do is wait and see if Shawn has time to send you the login info.

I need the email changing and the account settings sent to myself. A company paid me to have 5 links on the bottom of my site, the company set up the account for my site www.myfootballforum.com and they kept all the login details, well the man who set it up did.

He left the company, and no one from the company can help me with the log in details for my account.

I need to get the details emailed to my so I can log in and sort it all out. As I have a new company wanting to put links onto my website.

I've emailed who have blanked/ignored me. I've started a thread in this forum but nothing has been done. All I need is the email address changing to the above and the login details sent to my email (above).

I am the owner of this site and I need the details sent to me.

    Thank You

    Regards

Here's the thing, and I'm not a Moderator, not affiliated with the co-op, but let me attempt to answer your question, since i've seen you start a couple threads about this.

The co-op is free. It's not DP's fault the passwords were lost, someone on your side did it. It's not up to DP to support your request as fast as possible. Running the co-op is a privilege, not a right. The co-op just works, it doesn't need support.

The main thing to take away from this... is be patient. I think if you are overly persistent like this, you will end up pissing off the people who can help you. I'm sure they will help you as soon as possible, they are aware of your request. Only DigitalPoint (aka Shawn) himself can reset your passwords, as far as i know. And you have posted here, and he reads these forums. So you have done that.

Be patient. Wait. Everything will be fine. But you can't make demands on a free network that has no obligation to you.

Yeah your right, i'm just desperate. I just don't want this thread to slide down the forums and become lost as nothing will happen then.

What would have helped though, is to have gotten a reply from just to let me know I've emailed the wrong people about this problem and that they should have told me to be patient, I just felt as if people were ignoring me and I just wanted someone to acknowledge this, i'm not used to waiting this long for support.

Your also correct about this being a privilege.

I will just have to wait.

Thanks again and sorry for being a pain in the arse.

    Michael

Not any pain to me. I just think Shawn must be very busy, he wouldn't ignore you on purpose, I'm sure. He pops in to threads like these and fixes things. Just have to be patient. =)
