where is this referrals product?

Hello i just read this support:

I'm looking for Pack & Picasa referrals product, I just find AdSense, Firefox plus Google Toolbar and AdWords.
could anyone help me to find Pack & Picasa referrals product?

Google isn't interested in people installing its products from some countries, then if you are not a US citizen or so, you are not givent the oportunity to advertise for these products.
It a shame I know !!

 

We have them all in Netherlands now. But we had to wait 1 year after the release in the US for it though.

 

there is a new launch of the google pack which includes picasa.

"With the recent international launch of Google Pack referrals"
according to the adsense blog

 

I had it before, now it's gone. But I don't care really, these Google programs are not very good, and it's hard to advertise low quality product.
