where is this file in my site directory

    I right clicked and opened the source in notepad and below is what it shows from my home page, It says index.html at the top but I can not find this file anywhere, I opened every index, php, and css file I found and can not see this coding anywhere. I also opened the files in FrontPage and none of them look like this, also the Google ads don't show up on the site. I would like to edit the meta tags if I can find it. any help would be appreciated.
