For pure beauty in a town: Santa Barbara, CA. The flowers, landscaping, ocean views, etc., are pretty impressive. The temperature is consistent at about 70F/21C degrees so the landscape flourishes. For the most spectacular vista, I might have to go with certain rugged sections of the Oregon coast at sunset. Funny, I have just named two west coast areas, yet I live 3,000 miles away on the east coast. The grass is always greener...
I agree, Santa Barbara is beautiful, I live a few hours away but haven't been in years. I'll have to take the fam there!
Till now the most beautiful place I have visited is in Thailand as well as in South part of China, near the sea.
I have only been to Phuket and Bangkok, I did enjoy Phuket though. Was only in China for 2 days so I didn't see much.
Bali is nice! The people are friendly, the food is amazing and the beaches are nice. But there are a lot of people. I've been to Cebu, Philippines in the Bantayan Islands. It's nice since there are only a few people. A lot of sand bars, snorkling spots, and tranquil places.
My wife and I spent our honeymoon at the 1000 Islands / Adirondack Mountains (NY). I thought it was really gorgeous. So much to see. Beautiful nature.
Boracay is the best for me too. Especially the hidden beaches where you need to hire a boat. Though I really don't like the crowd there during peak seasons.
aw! Bali. I was in Java and is very close to bali. I've vacationed there a few years ago and it was fun.
to me, the place wasnt the answer, i remembered the place i went with my love one. thats the most beautiful moment and place i wanna be again.
Ohh, I don't yet visited a very beautiful place but I dream to visit "Golden cape beach" from Croatia, Europe
