I used to think that chitika was a premier company since so many well-todo bloggers used their linx in the past. Now that I've waited to reapply to their program, I see that they are now no different than all the rest. Chitka types could you tell me what classifies as an impression in the Linx program?
Well my friend reality has struck upon you Chitika is a good company but i think every single one of us makes a mistake signing up and registering with any company like that WE DON'T READ THE TERMS OF USE well you have to admit it none of us bloggers or webmasters read the Terms Of Use or the Privacy Policy so my opinion (not to get disappointed ) please make sure you really read the Terms Of Use
I've been noticing really low impressions as well. I'm going to try Adbrite for a month and see how that does - Chitika just isn't giving me what I was expecting.
Depends on your niche i guess. I get USD0,02 per click with Kontera atm. My history with inline text ads: First had Kontera, then switched to Chitika and got like 0,15CPC, sometimes even more, was earning arround USD8 per day with them, then as the premium shit became available CPC dropped enormously just like everyone else was reporting in here. So back to Kontera until i made 0,37 out of 45 clicks... The CPC there was even lower, however dependant on traffic i was able to make a few bucks due to many clickable text. I am back with Chitika Linx now... at least i have a higher CPC there. Its changing too much. I am always switching between the two of them. Actually, imo both programs are not worth it for my niche.
You're a very rare one. Most here have had nothing but bad news from Bidvertiser. Maybe they have cleaned up their act.
Recently signed up with the Premium package and have been doing quite well with SE traffic. Should I expect this to continue, or is it false hope, as in the past? Could be the niche, maybe I just seemed to find a good one, I dunno.... A typical day. 3280 119 3.53% $0.17 $5.85 $19.07

Hmm so I wonder how we can find out exactly WHICH niches do the best with Chitika then. Seems liks a great program if you are getting boat loads of traffic. I will probably be joining it soon and will give my thoughts here.
