Maybe you should read the TOS and Policies yourself, they are rather important for publishers to know. Look under adult, mature etc content.

I was trying to look this up myself... but I am getting a blank white page where their policy should be...

    https://www.google.com/adsense/policies?hl=en_US

That is the link I found at the bottom of this page (which shows up fine):
    https://www.google.com/adsense/

As for that photo... I would say that photo crosses their line. It seems this line depends on the standards of the particular employee that is reviewing your site. Some may allow a certain photo... while it may offend others. I don't think this "line" is all "black and white".

Apparently porn seems OK for Adwords. Look at the search results.

However rather than relying on hearsay on a forum that can risk your account....why dont you call your Google rep and ask them. Then post their reply here. Simple really

BTW do you have this girl's number please? hehe

    Thanks for the link ;)

And that's what I thought I remembered... a very generic reference that really does not tell you anything:

I think we all know what would qualify as "porn"... but what and where are the lines for "adult" and "mature" material? Looking at this sample provided... her privates are all covered and would most likely be something you could see in any PG movie... but Google could say it is suggestive (skirt falling off) and say its "adult".

Publishers can keep asking the "Big G"... but they have always gotten different responses on this "line" and what is actually safe to use or not.

When in doubt... leave it out ?

I see that in Terms and Conditions

    https://www.google.com/adsense/policies?hl=en_US

    Under:
    Site Content
It says No Pornography, adult, or mature content.
I would not consider this Adult content, would you guys?
    Seriously??

I would have to say that's mature. Google is usually very strict when it comes to mature content.

I agree that it's mature, probably not porn, possibly adult, depending upon the definition of 'Adult' But no doubt on the Mature. The stars are definitely suggestive as well as the pose.

Both the photo and the website previously listed fall into the mature niche for me, which would rule out adsense. But that is why there are other advertising networks... ;)

Maybe not to you, we all know Google to take these matters a bit more delicately sometimes.
