Where Is The "like" Button?

    I look through the post and i can't find it. can someone please take screen shot and upload so i know where in the future..

    You need to be an established member to Like posts. The button is hidden from you at the moment until you receive 3 likes. The Like button is directly to the left of the Reply link in the lower right side of each post.
