Hello mods and admins. I had receieved an infraction because of a 'disallowed' post twice. I actually try to see which one was not allowed but since it has been deleted, I can't. Since it happened twice, I want to be more aware of the type of posts I do that get deleted. Anyone can help me on knowing what were the deleted posts?

    Thanks.

One of your inappropriate post infractions was for the post

Communications pertinent only to buyer and seller belong in a PM. Anyone reading the sales thread in which the above was posted get nothing of value from your post.

    Posts like

    I'm interested.
    PM me details/Send details.
    PM sent type

    are always subject to infractions.

Make sure you are set up to receive the messages that are sent out when each infraction is issued.

Your other infraction was for the post

This post is off topic in that sales thread is a link exchange thread. If you are interested in buying links, put query in a PM.

Aha...Thanks a lot, Smyrl. I think I'll change the email to one I check more frequently altogether.

I don't disagree with your decisions, but I just had a little question regarding the first post. Asking him to post his website in the open will save time for the viewers. Rather than getting a thousand PM 'What's your site?'. I thought it'll help everyone.

Thanks a lot for taking the time to look up the posts as well as provide explanations!:D

That's the decision of the OP when they're starting the thread though. If they've made the decision not to post it publicly, it's for a reason, so posts asking them to aren't appropriate. Just PM them. They know they'll get more PMs by withholding it, and that's their choice to make if they feel like dealing with it.
