Where is the defualt 403 template?

    I'm trying to find the template for the defualt 403 message.
    I want customize it server wide for all accounts on the server.
    Does anyone know where I can find it in SSH?

    I have apache 2.x btw, and cPanel 11 + WHM server.

    Just create it from cPanel first, after that it should appear in the files when you browse via ftp or file manager. You will be looking for a 403.shtml I think.
