Where is the database located in the Cpanel backup?

    Hi Guys,

I am trying to transfer a site from a cpanel based host to one that have their own panel.

I took the complete cpanel backup from the option in 'backup', under 'download a home directory backup'.

I know that this backup is a complete backup and it includes graphics, files and also the database but I am not sure where the database is located! I have already transferred all websites files in public_html but just need to find and upload the database separately as this new host does not have 'restore a database' option like cpanel has.

When I unzip the full cpanel backup, I see these 9 folders:
    .
    cpaddons --------- etc
    cpanel ------------ mail
    htpasswds -------- public_ftp
    trash ------------- public_html
    tmp

Any idea where it is exactly located?

usually, the thing which you are using the database FOR has a built in database backup feature
as far as i know, cpanel doesnt back the database up, just your files
if you are using vbulletin, go to your admincp, click maintenance, and then database backup
