    I am looking for the cheapest .org registars, but don't want to a rubbish registar either, please any suggestions would be great!

    Cheaper than namecheap (just $5.99) is 1and1. I've been with them for about 3 years now I believe.

    any directi reseller has 1.49 .org domains. You need to have an address within a list of certian countries but thats easy to fix.
