Where is the best place to put my ads?

This is my first website and adsense experience; I put adsense on the front page and every internal page. Had them for a week with over 3000 page views and zero clicks! What could I do more? Put more/less ads? I am also using TLA but no one bought anything yet.

Place a unit in between your content area because that's what the visitors are focused on.

I think its better to place 125x 125 box ad above " Why WorkHack.com? "
    It can work better !

Go to crazy egg and put a heat map on the front page.
    http://crazyegg.com/

See where people click, then put ads near there.

i see that you are using 125*125 ads unit . i think nobody will be or focus that ads. why dont you use bigger ads units like 250*250?

    Thanks trichnosis.

    Also:
I added crazy egg, it is super useful. 20% of my users are clicking on an image in the middle of the website. The image is not a link, I'll make sure it goes somewhere (like About or FAQ pages)

I see that all the time with CrazyEgg, moral of the story, make every image link somewhere.

Maybe try replacing the button in the middle of the page with either a leaderboard or a banner. You could then try and spruce it up with the same flashy colors of your site, or a custom ad background that matches your site's colors.
