    Totally voting for Wordpress, you've got many more options with it. The newer versions they're offering, the more opportunities you'll receive to make your blog unique

    Wordpress is a wonderful blogging platform. It's very user and seo friendly also. I strongly recommended WORDPRESS for a blog.

    The best place to publish a blog is on your own domain/hosting/website. Don't go to WordPress or Blogger and sign up for a blog there, because you will end up wasting all of your time and energy... unless you are just trying to get some experience. I tend to agree that WordPress tends to be the best choices for CMS solutions, although there are some paid options that are considered better.

    For me the best place for publish a blog is on Wordpress, it's so easy to done. Wordpress is easiest to be optimized.

    Well, I'm also for blogger. However, wordpress offers you pretty much opportunities, you need to pay if you want to remove ads from your blog, for example.

    Guess, that Blogger is more suitable for freshmen who don't actually need to use any advanced features of the blog, WordPress is more useful and convenient, but only in case you know how to apply its beneficial functions

    I use self-hosted Wordpress which can be downloaded at wordpress.org. I use freehosting so that everything should be free.
