Where is the best place to look for a programmer?

    Hello,

    I have a website similar to viralnova.com / buzzfeed.com / viralnova.com /littlethings.com / wimp.com

    But I really want to make it more professional. I want to make an iPhone and Android app for the website, more professional design, more professional site functionality, SEO, server optimization etc...

    So I need a designer, programmer and someone who know to configure the web server from scratch.

    I think you can find good designers and programmers on any freelancer page. UpWork.com is the best for it.

    I would also suggest UpWork. All the freelancers from Elance are now there. And Elance was known to have great professionals. I had only good experiences with it.
