    W3schools is best place to learn a any web development language. You can also use a video tutorials by sitepoint to learn a CSS.

    You can have tutorials on w3schools(dot)com website, where you can practice and learn css, but it will help you more if you keep practicing in parallel on some HTML design, there you will learn maximum css.

    Tizag.com is also a great place. Simple and very user-friendly. That's where I typically go for most of the things I want to learn.
