Where is the best place to host a file for your website?

I need to host a 700mb file that will be heavily downloaded however my current host probably wont support that as you can only have about 25 concurrent connections. Any recommendations for a solution?

    Common shared web hosting
is not suitable for this purpose.

You may use file sharing services,
or may be torrent seed services.

If you need to make your file available over
http protocol through direct link on your site,
then you may use the hosting with special
http server software for heavy duty
    downloads of simple static files.

There are special static file hosting
    services, just ask search engines.

I think you better find vps / dedicated ?

because most share hosting do not allow you doing that.

If you want just to host a file, then you can use dropbox.
