Hi guys, i'm new on here my name is ste. I have been reading for a while but never actually posted.

To cut a long story short, I have created a product and would like to know the best place to find a joint venture partner. I figure this will be the best option for me as I don't have a list of my own to send my offer to.

Any information would be great thanks,
    Ste.

I think digitalpoint is no a bad place. Otherwise look for businesses that have allready experience in your field.

Where is the best thread on here to request such a deal?

Obviously I am new and have limited posts so the whole forum
is not open for me to participate in. Also I wouldn't like to get
in any trouble by placing the wrong things in the wrong section
    of this forum.

    Thanks,
    Ste

There is actually an entrepreneurship social network called the Go Big network.

Here is a list of other social networks that would help you with this: http://mashable.com/2009/03/12/entrepreneur-networks/

Lastly, you can contact individual members of this and other forums and present your case to them. Just make sure that you have them sign NDAs. I personally would be curious about your venture.

Ultimately, the best people to work with would be those near to you. You can find them through experience middle-men such as accountants and lawyers. Find good people to work with and trust them to introduce you to other people they know. Build up your business network from there.

    Hope that helps.
