I am new to e-currency exchange. And I wanted to more about e-currency exchange coz I am currently with advertiser paying WebMoney(WMZ). And I am from Asia and I have PP Verified but we all know PP don't like or don't allow e-currency exchange, so WMZ to PP is no GOOD for me coz my money will always be at risk. WMZ has a withdraw to bank option but they only accept dollar bank account, which I could not have coz it requires me big $$$ to open such account. Could anyone here can give me ideas on how I can safely get my WMZ $$$ to Philippines. Your help is very much appreciated. Thanks NOTE: I am not offering e-currency exchange, I just in need of some information where I can do things like this in a safer way.
