Yes, Google is best place for them.
As they can get everything over there.

 

general chat is good for newbies I think.when I just join this forum,I tried posting in general chat to know better about members of DP.and I feeled good after I discuss some topics with others!so you can have a try in general chat.

 

Introduce yourself in introduction,then start working in DP.

 

depend on ur interest. .if u r interested in a perticular field. .search for it otherwise go with general chat

 

First go through the guidelines and FAQs because you will surely get infraction if you break rules. After that you may find it comfortable to do some posts in general chat section and learn different things from other sub forums in DP.

Well most of the posters who said that the GC is the best place for newbies are also ironically noobs as well!

 

First of all you need to tell something about you and you can do this in introduce section for new comers.

Noobs attract noobs (it's a powerful attraction like fat kids to cake) to where they all noob out it little clusters and haven't got a clue what they are talking about.

 

best place for newbie will be introduction and off topic like movies , etc . it's easy to post there

 

Best place for n00bs would either be a topic (section) that interests them or one they want to learn more about.
