Where is the best place get a nice 2.0 site built?

Hey there guys,

I am looking to find a place where i can get a really snazzy 2.0 style sales page site built. It needs to be top of the line, like what some of the gurus are using to sell there IM products.

If anyone could point me in the right direction. I need to know how much it will cost, I have about $3000 to spend. Will that be enough? Also i need to integrate it with theme and silo style website creation.

If anyone has anything they can recommend, or any information at all i would really appreciate it if you could post a reply please.
