Where Is Tagbridge!!!

I have seriuos problems with my vps i have phoned emailed them and used support tickets but i dont get no reply... any one have any clues

But seriosly, i got no clue! Havn't seen Jamie on MSN for ages.. What kind of VPS issues do you have?

 

I have contacted them once succesfully about 1 week ago about my cpanel it says its expired so i rang them up they said yes we doa 15 day trial license so its up instantly normally a normal license would be instant but in this case not it should be about 2 hours so i wa splease ok day or 2 later tried ringing them nothing tickets nothing i am now really annoyed great uptime and speed bad support... i am now refusing to pay till its fixed!!!!! and i will post on nearly every hosting forum with the same problem till it is seen!

 

They have sort of left the face of the planet... Jamie posted here once today, but by the sound of it they may be having some problems

 

Lime-Designs, Change Providers!!

I was stupid to pay for 1 more month with them since they said that they now have 4 Support STaff? but it takes ages for them to reply to tickets. I already found my new provider and paid for the VPS just in case Tagbridge goes down, which I think they will cause I think they are having problems with the threads at WHT talking bad abut them, for example:

Their Servers are fast, with Good Uptime, but Support is SH*T and Jamie was online last week, and since then, haven't seen her online again.

Many comments about tagbridge support on webhostingtalk. Many complaints lately.
