Where is sales?

    Is there anyone here doing sales? We are having a hell of a time trying to get a license addition. I have left numerous messages on these numbers:

    Sales:
    888/4-DPOINT

    Support:
    858/452-3696

    I have e-mailed sales and support. However I get no reply. Is no one in sales interested in helping a long-time customer?
