Where is my traffic coming from?

I 40 domains in the same niche and as a whole they get around 2,000-3,000 hits a month but I cant figure out where the traffic is coming from. I recently set all of them up to redirect to a blogger page and the stats are giving me weird results. Its saying I'm getting traffic from free porn download sites and poker site just to name a few which sounds ok but my domains are in the webmaster niche. So, my question is how can I find out where my traffic is coming from so I can monetize this traffic?

Did you buy traffic on any of your domains? Maybe get some free or cheap hosting with unlimited addon domains and a stat program such as awstats may shed some light on it or alternatively parking them somewhere like Sedo would allow you to see more information about traffic sources.

Google Analytics will give you geo-targeted stats, like any other tracker.

You might also want to check out Spring Metrics - They provide an easy to use service that does a great job of tracking traffic and figuring out where your conversions are coming from.

Disclosure - I am doing some advisory work for the company so I am a bit biased.
