I know how to check the QS of the keywords. Go to the Keywords tab. Next to each keyword you will see the bid amount and a little balloon. Mouse over that balloon and it will show you the QS of a keyword.

But I am not sure how to test the QS of a landing page. I wondered about it myself.

Or, run a keyword report in the reporting centre and tick Quality Score - you'll see QS.

Or, if you're in the new user interface, customise your columns and tick Quality Score - you'll see the information there all the time

If your quality score is 1 no matter what you do this means they have banned your domain not that your keywords were not targetted. I had a site listed 3 in the Google natural listings. When I bid on that exact term in Adwords they gave me a 1 score. Ridiculous and not honest. This does not seem to be your case but something to keep in mind.
