hi i created several campaigns. i'm happy with the results. it means i know what i'm doing. except for one campaign. i see it gets 25 clicks a week (which is fine for my budget), but i never saw the ad anywhere, any time. i look for it 24 houres a day and n e v e r saw it. i sent google support many emails and no reply. how can they charge me without showing the ad? what are my options.
What is the average position for each of your keywords? Have you tried using the adpreview tool? It's www.google.com/adpreview If you repeatedly search for the same terms, you'll see different results, so it's not that surprising if you keep looking for it, it won't appear. That's what the adpreview tool is for - to show you what people searching for the first time will see... They won't charge you without showing the advert - you pay per click, and if the advert doesn't appear, you'll get no clicks...
hi my average position is around 2-3, and it should show only in google. after 10 days of searching, refreshing, going to "More Sponsored Links »", i think i should have seen it already. it's just not there and google doesn't answer. what do i do now. the story is that i build websites. i did it for a client and he (and i) can't see the ad. i did other campaigns where the clients were very happy (and me too). but here we just can't see the ad.
if you have a lower budget than what adword's recomended daily budget is, then your ad will not show 24 hours a day. smaller the budget is, less frequently it will display. so it could be that your ad wsan't being displayed when you searched for it.
we've been searching for the ad 24 houres a day. day and night. now it's 01:00 am in my country, if the counting starts at midnight local time, i can't believe i already had the maximum daily clicks. still it doesn't show.
Are you using the Adpreview tool? If not, then you're wasting your time, since you're not seeing what other searchers will see...
@ OP, you still havn;t answered the Q asked by CustardMite. are you suing the adsense preview tool to check your ad position? if not, then when you see your ad on google, you will just unneccesarily inflate your impression which will lower your CTR. and at the same time, you might not find your ads where others will see.
