You can't edit that file directly in WHM (for editing files in WHM use a file manager plugin https://configserver.com/cp/cse.html )

I suggest to take a look at WHM-> Service Configuration -> Apache Configuration
What exactly do you want to do?

I need to check this error log and fix:
[Thu Jan 31 05:07:40.375637 2019] [ssl:warn] [pid 30821] AH01909: s273-61-72-322.secureserver.net:443:0 server certificate does NOT include an ID which matches the server name

That is showing in my error log in SSH. And when i find what you provide me i must fix then.
