    I've had great experience with WeGrowth [https://wegrowth.com/], which is a marketplace of sorts of marketers & startups. :) Registration and the whole process is free, all you have to do is fill out your profile and then come up with your service a.k.a something you're good at. :D The team is there to help you out with whatever you need.

    I've also had a good experience with Freelancer and UpWork.

    I would target specific website blogs and ask to write a guest article. If you know a lot about Photography, email a Photographer a blog piece or have them register you as a guest blogger. Not everyone likes to blog, they just want the web traffic.

    Give a try also on ODesk and Elance but you must have patience as its not easy for beginers but if you get some projects the clients will rate you and yu will grow
