1.any tool?
2.I found google always access my sitemap.but the is made before 3months ,many stuff update.does it harmful to index of my site?
3.i create a new site,in google webmaster tool, it tell me google download my site 3 hours ago.but it still does not be got in index.i wanna test if google index my site just by submiting sitemap and no inbound/external links. when google index me?

Have a search for Joomap.. Its compatible with Joomla and should work with Mambo.. Great Sitemap dynamically created

if you are using mambo, there is an extension for creating simap for joomla/mambo on joomla extension site. search it
