Where is code for ad_network_341.php?

I am trying to set up ads for my phpBB forum.
While following the phpBB set-up instructions, I am told to create the file ad_network_341.php but there isn't any code for this file displayed. In the display box is only the word: Code.

Am I not understanding something?
I thought I saw somewhere on the Digital Point site an example of this code, but I can't find it anymore.

Can anybody out there point me in the right direction?

Login and click on Setup Instructions.

The code should be there for you.

 

Yes, that is what I am doing. I see the set-up instructions, but in the box where the code should be, I only see the word "Code", nothing else.

On that same page, below are the other instructions and code that are visible.

Any other clues?

This attachment should do it for you, if you save it as the correct php file name.
