Where is "Account information" or "Quota Modification" tab in cpanel

    You mean in WHM?
    Its on left Menu and main page

    Hello there,

    That is cPanel, not WHM. WHM (Web Host Manager) is where accounts can be modified. You would need to be the owner of the server, or a reseller to have access to WHM. If you click the "expand stats' link, it will give you more information about your account, though I am not sure this is what you are looking for.

    Is WHM installed on shared hosting ?

    can "quota modification" be done in cpanel ?

    No, quota modification cannot be done inside cPanel. This must be done through WHM. You only get access to WHM if you have a reseller account or if you have root access which shared accounts do not come with.

    You must order RESELLER to see this features, however even if you 're reseller, many hosting provider still disable features. You could easy change quota when you logged into your reseller (it looks like yourdomain.com:2086) and tried to upgrade account to higher package. Remember you must add packages firstly.
