Where in Googles T&C's does it state........

That making a website with the sole intention of earning from Adsense is prohibited?

Following on from my recently started experiment, alot of people have said that i'll get my account closed down. Now i would argue that i'm not making the sites for purely adsense, i making the sites for search engine visitors and monetising the sites using adsense, but thats another story.

I was reading googles t&c's and maybe i'm tired and am going blind, but i cant see anywhere that mentions making a site solely to earn from adsense is not allowed, can anyone point me in the right direction?

It's your site and your account. You can do whatever you please with it. There's no need to take anyone's word for anything. Unless, of course, you make a thread asking for it, and then rebel against the answers. Then it's just a little silly, don't you think?

    Thanks.

I'm going to email Google for clarification, but i'd argue till i'm blue in the face that my sites are'nt being created with the sole purpose of showing ads.

But i've only just asked for clarification on the wording of their policies as i could'nt see it in their terms and conditions.

I don't believe i've asked for anyone's advise on whether i am breaching Googles t&c's by running my experiment. So as i'm not asking for any advice how can i rebel against advise i've not asked for?

Dude, do whatever. Why waste time arguing with people on a forum over it? It's your account.

I don't recall argueing with anyone about this!!!

I ask where something could be found in Googles T & C's, the first poster helpfully pointed me in the right direction.

    Case closed!

Ummmm... You do realize that jackburton2006 was agreeing with you, right? Why do you need validation from a bunch of random nameless individuals anyway?

Fryman’s post was accurate. The nebulous part is defining just what google defines as a “made for adsense site” I do not think anyone knows the answer, as to what is too much to get you kicked out.

If you ask for dp member opinions, you’ll get an answer. Sorry if they are not to your liking.
