    AdRank is calculated by multiplying the quality score of your particular ad by the maximum bid you've selected (AdWords will select that max bid for you in certain cases). The resulting sum is your AdRank for that particular search term bid.

    Hi Dhaval, yes there is the fix formula for counting the AD rank.

    The formula is AD RANK = CPC BID X QUALITY SCORE

    And if you want to know how Adrank impact on CPC, then you can simply impliment this formula:
    YOUR PRICE = THE AD RANK OF THE PERSON BELOW YOU / YOUR QUALITY SCORE + $0.01
