If you want premium for free, I would suggest that you just browse the wordpress site. They have good ones or either look on Google for some free ones. I use a lot of the themes that WordPress has, tho I wish they had more lol.
I suggest you search it in Google. "Free Premium Wordpress Themes" and maybe you'll find sites offering premium themes for free.
No Friend Every theme require cost due to consumption of precious time of coder. Free themes are free due to footer links. I suggest to buy Premium theme. It will reduce lots of troubles and you will also get help if needed from coders.
