    Flash experts are hard to come by . Hell even flash noobs are not that many . But ya that's the place to look for one and you better have a decent budget , Flash isn't html .

    Well here's one writing right now, but he's no cheap. You have to be ready to spend some more money on this. Of course it depends on what the job will be.
