1. Read a lot. Keep a dictionary handy. 2. Talk with native English speakers. Visit chatrooms where it is likely to find people from the US,UK etc. 3. Listen. Watch programmes in English.
I think chatting in English is the best way of learning it. Read daily English newspapers, try to talk in English to your friends and family members and even to yourself
Watching family orientated good movies with a friend who knows your language and English might help you.
I have a book "Perfect Your English". I forget the author name, but it's a very very good book. Just google it
hmm i have a few suggestions..you should follow whatever others have mentioned...language improves with reading..also to work on your pronunciation use www.m-w.com...you can hear the correct pronunciation of words...also talk to people in English and ask them to correct you wherever you are wrong..don't feel too conscious of using the language.Good luck
