You need not to contact Google. Just re-submit your site. Google will check your site and most probably will give it a clean chit. But, you might have done some sort of spamming, so you will need to stop those kind of activities.
I buyilded some strong backlinks in the past 3 days , like 6 pr 4-5 backlinks , maybe thats why? hmm..
Building links won't get you sandboxed... if you do 1000's per day then yes but under 50 or so per day is fine, Good luck
Well i exchanged links , homepage sitewide , so , if www.xyz.tdl has 20.000 pages indexed in google and i link exchange with www.xyz.tdl that doesnt mean that i got 20.000 backlinks? anyway i got some sitewide backlinks big time , my homepage is www.jocuri-degatit.com , do you see that many OBL on my page?
Still google don't count this as 20k backlinks... if you had 20k different domains and IP's then they would look into it but, how many pages a website has is not controllable so i am 99% sure this is not the reason you have entered the sandbox. And as for your backlinks i am only seeing 5 links... h**p://wta.ro/ <--- looks like they are sidewide but i am only seeing 5.
One of my friends told me that , if i am placed on the 16 page of one of my keywords i am calssed as spam, so keyword 'jocuri' i am on page 16 , and 3-4 days ago i was on page 4 first place, i did some powerfull link building and now i am on page 16. Its that true ? page 16 is reserved for spammy websites?
may be your site is doing too well for a start , one of my site got sand boxed when it earned me $50 in 20 days of its launch, and i got sanboxed
well this website is 7 months online so its not brand new. , and i didnt got the "new site boost" because i worked hard building powerfull backlinks.
There is no way to contact google directly, but you can submit your site for reconsideration from your google webmaster tools account.
I don't know if contacting Google will help. If you fix the reason for what you sandboxed, you'll automatically return to normal listings.

Try google webmasters forum. Google employees sometimes answering there.
Hello... Always vary your linking structure so that it looks natural and always make sure they are close related... I also wouldnt recommend to many site wide links as that is a dead giveaway if your arent using nofollow tag as it will look like your trying to get pr from all pages.. laterz malcolm
of course i am trying to get pr of all pages , i didn't know that will upset google. I mean this doesnt upset google , but in excess form it will , right?i got so many pr and high pr backlinks , that's why i am ranked so high, uhm used to be ^^
