I have a health related directory www.dirhealth.org and I want to submit this directory on health and medical related directories for promotion then where I can get subject specific health and medical related directories.

You probably won't find that many quality health directories offering free submissions.

well, i believe 90% general web directory have health/medicine category.
so you can try to submit there. also i know if you try some niche directory, there r some health releted directory around i believe
