to be honest i dont know what the type of software they use, but please dont use that colors and that creeping lines... i couldnt stay on the site more than some seconds...

its 100% static like my web : http://thesmsworld.sitesled.com so there is nothing special

 

i dont think its a static website.they are may be using URL rewriting techniques to think us it is static.this site is well categorized and using simple techniques for the categorization.i think only the homepage is static.
i dont know what custom made script they are using.

 

I think that it is a static site which is manually linked.
