Where i can find API?

I wanna signup for the keyword tracker tool, it says to get a google api key and gives link to google api section. but there are so many different api keys of google. can someone tell me which one i should choose? thanks.

I'm having the same problem. Too many APIs and it certainly isn't the "Google AJAX Search API Key". If somebody figures this out perhaps they can let us all know...

 

I have the same issue. I am told that the Google API that many keyword tools used is no longer available from Google. Now it takes a developer token which is another creature all together. Anyway, maybe someone can advise us.

 

same problem here, tried to open an account using DP keyword tacker it asked for an API so i went over to google and couldnt find it..

I ended up paying up for wordtracker in the search for a good keyword research tool - would love to be able the DP tool though if I could get an API!

 

yes i think i read some where that google has stoped offering certin API severices...

 

There are tons of APIs wich ones do i need? What ever i put so far i get "wrong API"

Ok, I think this is happening to everyone...is there a solution? Also, can I get a Yahoo API key without being a developer?

 

Any update on this? There's no point in having a great keyword tool if people aren't able to use it lol.

 

It would be great to have an official response to this problem. Google does not give out a SOAP API anymore. I know that for a fact. But why can't another API be used? Is DP doing anything to find a way to use a new google API?
