    There are many options for you including roboform, informenter. I think mystikmedia also has a plug-in that they sell. submitemnow.com claims to have a form filler but requires a backlink from homepage :)

    Digixmas can also be used as a form filler (in free mode).

    I didn't include any links but these names should be enough for a quick google search :)

    Form filler is one which maybe fulfill your requirements, and also you can try those semi automatic submission software, except that they are not free.
