every host having root servers offers free IPs for your servers - up to several (free)
some host however may charge extra for dedicated IPs, my host offers several free ones (6) for each of my servers

 

You can ask to your hosting provider

 

I use seohosting.com I know hostgator.com (same company) sells them for less, but according to tech support they aren't unique.

 

The safest but very expensive way is to use iprental.com. I also remember seeing someone offering IPs for rent via a sig link in this forum. May be you want to post in the WTB section of this forum.

 

I would talk to your host and get your IP address from them

 

Is there a reason why a proxy won't work for you?

 

You can always get a new host which offers up to 15 dedicated IP's if you're interested? Heck, at 8 bucks a month and unmetered hosting I feel it's a heck of a deal. I've been with them for years. Unmetered Hosting

 

Do you want dedicated IP? Most of the hosting providers provide such service.You can ask them for more details.
