Where I can buy fully customized sites?

    I'm looking for a company that takes custom orders from clients and builds a fully designed site based ont he clients desires. Can anyone tell me of any sites that offer this service?

    Well I won't be buying any services right now, but probably will real soon. It will be a pretty long site, and I don't want to reveal it yet.
