I want to buy .edu domains but I dont know what is procedure to buy these domains.

I don't think it's a question of the cost but the eligibility. Here's a page about registering .edu requirements:

You can't buy edu domains, they are not available to the general public.

 

Try to find a school for sale that has a .edu domain, that may be the best thing. Otherwise you will have to start your own school to get one. Domainer.edu does seem to be free right now...
