There's nothing "banned" about domains with the words Google or Ebay, or even Yahoo! in them. The question you have to ask yourself is... "Do I have the amount of resources I need to fight these people when they take me to court?" Your original questions asks about words (google, etc.,) that are company trademarks. My response.. Don't play with fire unless you've got 100% rights to the water! Pete

Okay, so I mis-understood your first post. But, like the others, I really don't see what good it is to have a "banned" domain name. How in the world would you drive enough traffic to it? On the other hand, MANY domains are "banned" as far as the AdSense type advertising is concerned. I've got one. I'll sell it to ya for $500! (which is exactly the income I've made from it in the past 60-days) Pete
