Hi, new member here. I just found these forums. I've been running my online business for over 2 years now and the more you read about marketing and promotion, there more work there is to do. How can I find a good Email Marketing professional to manage and run my bi-weekly email campaign? I need someone that will actually build the ad creative, suggest short weekly promotions for each email, etc... So that I just review/approve it and off it goes, because I really don't have the time to manage it myself at this point. I've tried looking for freelancers, but it just seems like all of the people there want to "build it and leave it", when I actually need someone to run it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
