    It is forbidden by paypal's TOS. You better read the TOS carefully. Get a credit card and withdraw funds from processor to another.

    It´s not possible to do this kind of exchange officially. All you can do is trade with a private person (but advice not to do so because as written before it´s against PP´s TOS and also there is a chance to be scammed)
