Where else to buy text links besides here?

I'm having more and more problems finding good text links with high PR here, anyone else know of good forums to shop?

But, i feel forums.digitalpoint.com is as equal as the above two.

 

You could add the warriot forum to that list. Alternativley you could email the sites you would like links from and ask for a link exchange/request.

 

search "webmaster forums" in google and check for their PR.
