Where does your traffic come from?

Hi,

I've never bought any links or advertising on other sites and am trying to get all my traffic from Google but i also get some from stumbleupon.
Where do you guys get your traffic?

I get nearly all of my traffic for my sites from the big three search engines...Google, Yahoo and MSN. If your rankings are good enough, the search engine traffic will far outweigh traffic from other sources.

 

my fraffic is maily from search engines but i use adwords as well form one campaign

 

The biggest part of my traffic is organic, from google - posting links in other sites similar to yours, submitting articles to article directories, stumbleupon, banners in other sites...also brings some...but the best is to get free and targeted traffic from search engines.

 

Traffic for my niche site comes from YouTube, eBay, craigslist & blogs.

Most of mine comes from a couple of sites i've link exchanged with.

Getting a bit of search engine traffic now too, but the majority comes from related sites.

 

85% of my traffic comes from the search engines. The rest comes from referrals and direct hits. I've found that getting links from other good sites gives me referral traffic, but within a few months the search engine traffic overcomes the referrals. My latest site that's been up about 6 months just passed the 50% mark for search engine traffic and it is growing every day.
