Where does the buck stop legally when being a reseller?

    - Out of interest and assuming one was an alpha reseller with a site containing a standard 'generic' type disclaimer -
Given the following chain: base customer - reseller hosting - master reseller
If 1 link in the chain above was carrying out illegal internet activities and was caught, in reality how far up the chain does 'the buck stop'?

A lawyer is going to sue all of you if you have money to collect and are remotely responsible. The cost of adding additional parties to a lawsuit is nominal.

    Thanks browntwn.
'remotely responsible' - so despite disclaimers, just 1 'dodgy' customer anywhere in the chain might end up with me being prosecuted as an alpha reseller...ermm, the idea is not so appealing anymore !
