A SEO friend of mine said "There is Only So Much Page Rank in the World..." in relation to the number of outgoing links I had on one of my sites. This led me to thinking how that can be true. If there is only so much "link juice" out there, then as the web grows and millions of new pages are added every day, the PR would just be more and more diluted resulting in lower page ranks for everyone. My guess is that his statement is wrong and that somehow new pages with a PR of 0 somehow contribute "new" page rank juice into the system. Is this the way it works or am I off base here entirely?
